 Your 5-days begins when your try-on box arrives at your house.

The glasses you'll try on at home may have demo lenses in them. The lenses help to keep the frame's shape, especially for our metal and semi-rimless styles, but they’re not the same lenses that will come with your purchased frames. 

Just pop all four frames back into the case, fold it up, and place it in the original box. Stick the prepaid return label (included in your box) over the old one. Then drop it in your mailbox or take it to the post office—easy as that.

Nope—you won’t miss out. If you start your In-Home Try-On while a promo or sale is active, we’ll honor your discount even if the code expires before you place your order. Just reach out and we’ll take care of it.

We get it—accidents happen. As long as you return all the frames and the fold-up case on time, you won’t be charged, even if something gets damaged.

Yes—every frame is hand-cleaned and disinfected when it comes back to our lab. Minor signs of wear are normal, but if something seems really off, please contact us.
